THE HOUSE

Castaways Cove is a fully furnished one bedroom hideaway on picturesque Caribe Pointe Bight. Enjoy magnificent panaramic views of the Caribbean Sea, reef and hills that surround the cove.

Our property and surrounding woods has lush tropical flora for getting in touch with nature; paths and trails for hiking, exploring and jogging; and a dock for swimming, snorkeling and boating. There are also several kayaks for exploring the lagoons, reefs and nearby mangrove tunnels built by the Payan Indians.

A collection of books, games and fishing equipment are provided for your enjoyment. Your house has U.S. Satellite TV and wireless high speed internet.

Swimmers and divers will especially appreciate the downstairs covered decks, outdoor shower, rinse tank and gear drying area with clothesline.

LOCAL WATERS

Incredible snorkeling is virtually at your front door on a shallow reef. Scuba diving is just a short swim away at the world's second largest coral reef. We can also arrange for a dive boat, fishing charter or water taxi to pick you up at your own dock so you can explore the island in style.

Our guests say the island's best dive is right here at our "castaways cove" wall.  Because we have no dive boat mooring buoys, the coral is in pristine condition. Rarely will you see anyone else snorkeling or diving on this spot, which is abundant in fish and brilliant corals.
